The Scene:

Carroll Hall served as an ideal setting for the team to highlight the versatility of Mocha Mousse. The venue boasted lush floral arrangements with roses and eucalyptus in harmonious shades of taupe, cream, and soft pink. Minimalist candle holders enhanced the inviting and romantic atmosphere. The tablescape was decorated with luxurious Mocha Mousse linens, which added depth. The fabric's subtle sheen beautifully captured the light, establishing an elegant tone for the celebration. The table was adorned with an earthy floral centerpiece featuring dried foliage and delicate blooms, along with crystal-accented glass candles for a soft, glowing effect.

Carroll Hall is located in Bushwick, Brooklyn. You can host all sorts of events, from private to public. The staff is friendly and the space is a beautiful place to be creative. We worked with Jalisa at Carroll Hall, who made things seamless and welcoming.

The menu was carefully designed to mirror the color scheme and elegant atmosphere of the shoot. Key Flavors crafted this incredible appetizer, which was elegantly displayed on a white plate with a silver beaded charger, providing a striking contrast. The taste matched the visual appeal.

Floral Design

The floral arrangement was a key element throughout the styled shoot, thoughtfully designed to highlight and complement the richness of Mocha Mousse. Renowned Brooklyn florist designer Merolyn Rodrigues of HTTS Floral and Event Design florals balanced neutral and earthy tones with strategic pops of color. Roses in taupe and cream formed the foundation of each arrangement, while dried twigs and fresh greenery added texture and dimension. Subtle blush accents provided enough contrast to create visual interest without overwhelming the warm, sophisticated palette.

Crystal vases displayed these stunning compositions, each tied with a delicate ribbon in the signature Mocha Mousse shade. From the dramatic altar arrangement to the intimate bud vases on cocktail tables, every floral element reinforced the cohesive design while adding organic beauty.
